iTunes -- The Basics for Mac and Windows

Prerequisite:

All of the following (or equivalent experience):

• Windows Based:
• Computer Intro (or Intro to Personal Computers 101 and 102)
• Windows 1 (or Windows 101)
• Windows 2 (or Windows 102 Files and Folders)

  • Mac-Intro

Course Description : In this class you will use the iTunes interface to:

• Play audio CDs, including use for background music while you work at your computer
• Rip your favorite CD tracks to your hard drive
• Use the CDDB global database to copy album and song names into iTunes
• Organize, sort and search a variety of custom playlists
• Burn custom CDs, including conversion to MP3 CDs
• Run dazzling onscreen graphics with the Visualizer
• Tune into commercial-free Internet Radio stations
• Explore the Apple Music Store's music/audiobook download services.
