Prerequisites:
All of the following (or equivalent experience):
- Computer Intro (or Intro to Personal Computers 101 and 102)
- Windows 1 (or Windows 101)
- Windows 2 (or Windows 102 Files and Folders)
Performance Objectives:
In this class you will gain confidence in your ability to perform the following tasks:
- Choose color, typestyle and graphics appropriate for your audience.
- Learn proper and effective use of color.
- Establish guidelines for the amount of information on one visual.
- Learn the eight steps for creating an effective presentation.
- Learn the 5 views available and how to move through slides.
- Create slides using Auto Layout/Slide Layout and Presentation Designs Options
- Basics on working with tables, charts and graphics
- Formatting using the Slide Master, color schemes, and background color.
