Introduction to the Macintosh or equivalent experience. Good mouse and keyboard skills. 

Description

In this class you will gain confidence in your ability to use Microsoft Word. You will:

• Become familiar with common commands and tools available from the Word Menu Bar and from Word’s Standard and Formatting Toolbars

• Create a new document using the Project Gallery

• Choose appropriately between the various Window Views

• Begin to understand the Formatting Palette: character, paragraph and document formatting, margins

• Open an existing document in AppleWorks and Save As a Word Document
