Genealogy - Generations
Two, 2-hour classes
Fee: $10
Prerequisites:
All of the following (or equivalent experience):
- Computer Intro (or Intro to Personal Computers 101 and 102)
- Windows 1 (or Windows 101)
- Windows 2 (or Windows 102 Files and Folders)
Class content:
In this class you will learn:
• how to record the information you already know
• where to find the information you don't know
• how to enter the information on your computer using Generations software and
• the special features of Generations that allow you to print out Family History Reports, etc.
Few hobbies anywhere offer the reward of genealogy. As you start your family history, you will soon find yourself on a journey of discovery that takes you to places you never before imagined ~ including visits to your family's homeland and learning who they really were.
