DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   Serves as chief executive, and exercises responsibility for the administration of all Club business.  Assigns areas of responsibility to members of the Executive Board and other Club officials, and appoints standing and ad hoc committees as deemed necessary for the benefit of the Club.  Presides over all Club meetings, ensures the financial and administrative integrity of the Club, and acts as principal liaison between the Club and the Community Association.

REPORTS TO:   The Executive Board, receiving advice and counsel from them, and participating with them in the overall management and direction of the Club.

QUALIFICATIONS:   Overall knowledge of the Computer Club organization and functions; managerial, organizational, and leadership skills; ability to plan, delegate, and oversee the functions of the Club; skill in communication and establishing interpersonal
