DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Assists the Computer Club President in the overall executive direction of the Computer Club by providing advice and counsel, participating in policy and procedural decisions, and serving as CyberCenter Director. 

Exercises oversight and control of all facilities, including both fixed and portable equipment; recruits, assists in training, and provides guidance and direction to the CyberCenter Lab staff; oversees the scheduling of all CyberCenter Lab events; ensures that adequate operating supplies are available; and ensures that the CyberCenter Lab is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly manner. As required, may provide Certified Equipment Operator training to members and maintain a master list of those certified. Coordinates closely with System Administrators and others in the normal performance of duties. Performs other duties and special assignments as requested by the President.

REPORTS TO:   The Club President, who provides overall objectives and guidance.  The CyberCenter Director is expected to exercise initiative in accomplishing   objectives within the policies established by the Executive Board.

QUALIFICATIONS:   Overall knowledge of the Computer Club organization and functions.  Organizational and communication skills; ability to plan and administer CyberCenter functions and programs; and skill in establishing interpersonal relationships.
